BACKGROUND
Since 2015 much changed within ING to meet clients' needs in the constant changing digital environment. The Agile way of working was introduced, Tribes, Squads, Culture Coaches, inspired by Zappos and Spotify.
CHALLENGE
Two years after the introduction of the new way of working, ING wished to have a culture book created which reflects the cultural change and transformation over these last two years.
An exciting and challenging assignment for which we had only 2 months from content gathering till printed book. An open assignment with one direction, i.e. not a corporate book but a book full of faces and stories.

EXECUTION
This culture book "Our ING Story" is a great co-creation with contributions from all ING employees. An illustration about their daily pursuits and the ING culture.
About things that go right and sometimes go wrong. About the delights but also the disappointments. But most of all, about having fun together.
The culture book is a moment in time. Comprised of each contributor's own story that helped create the culture within ING. This book is a reference for anyone interested in ING, e.g. an applicant, future colleague or businesspartner.
