We developed a program "
time2help" through which Pon employees in the U.S. would be allowed to spend 1% of their working hours on community projects. i.e. Ronald McDonald House of Charities and Habitat for Humanity. Alternatively, employees could start a charity project of their own choice by gaining support and enthusiasm of their colleagues via an online platform.
Altogether, the goal is to give back volunteer time to local communities. After the successful launch of the pilot programme in North America, it is further rolled-out in Norway.
