CHALLENGE
My assignment was leading the strategic development and positioning of the various Adecco Group brands in the Nederlands. As well as motivating and inspiring the sponsoring team to sharpen the sponsoring strategy to the next level.
EXECUTION
I’m a strong believer in understanding the “why" of brands and people. And "what" brands can do to play a meaningful role for a greater social good.

I had the freedom to explore the brand purpose within the heart of both the company and the people; to contribute to change; to elevate the brand awareness and engagement; to empower the Adecco employees and stakeholders. This last group is especially important as they are the true brand ambassadors to bring the purpose alive.
