BACKGROUND
Ajilon, part of Adecco Group Netherlands, has a great potential as the employer of highly skilled professionals. But the brand is not widely known in the Netherlands and mainly focused on the local community.
CHALLENGE
The assignment was leading the rebranding of Ajilon Engineering, Ajilon IT and Ajilon Live Sciences to one worldwide brand. This brand is Modis, with its motto “Connecting business and talent in a fast changing world". Modis has a global network but did not yet exist in The Netherlands.
The challenge was to develop new propositions and align all employees, professionals, candidates and clients with the new brand strategy, values and propositions.

EXECUTION
To introduce the brand by the stakeholders and employees, we organised various events. We empowered them with the new brand values, identity and sales tools.
A brand awareness campaign was launched to introduce Modis in The Netherlands. At the same time, we rebranded all social media channels and communication materials. www.modis.com
